Who called from 6018675309

Random calls with what seems to be a drunk or otherwise impaired African American male. Very inconvenient and annoying to say the least. Any information on this person would be helpful in stopping the calls.

Called twice today, no voice or message or anything. It has to be a robo-call. I said (into the void): "Take me off your list". Just in case it helps.
