Caller wrongly identified as RGS in my above message. Called is identified as State of Mississippi. Opinion was sought on a local (Jackson) City Councilmember and a second person whose name was not familiar. A few questions were asked about city issues. Odd use of state government resources...the question concerning opinion of a Jackson city councilmember. Therefore I term it a political call while whoever made it may define it as a survey.
