same thing just called no message when called back they just answered and then hungup

Received a call from this number and since I have family in Mississippi I called it and they (bad east Indian  accent) said my loan application had been approved for $1,000. However, I did not fill out a loan application nor did I want a loan. Not sure it was actually Mississippi after all. Anyway, this is a scam.

I received a call from this number this afternoon.  All that was heard was a computer voice saying "Goodbye"
