Said they had a certified check in the amount of $250,000 for me.  I hung up.

They had a terrible connection, but I did make out the fact that they said they had a certified check for me.  I know this is a big time scam!

"Mr. Martin" from Brookhaven, Mississippi calls from phone number 601-990-8033 with a big fat certified check for me in the amount of 250 grand! Number reported to The Federal Trade Commission. Please be advised that "Mr. Martin" has at least two other aliases: "Fred Dunn" using phone number 876.874.9380 and "James Moore" aka "James Morris" from phone number 876.298.1267.
