They rotate between a man and woman calling. Heavy Indian accent. Told them they call this business again, pressing charges. Same scam about property owner. In this case there is no such property address.
They called the other day but I wasn't home. Just called now and he said the same thing. I responded with "no you won't - you've gotten a wrong number". Barely a minute later the same number called - I just pushed the answer button and then immediately hung up.
Called a cell number no one has....and started on some sales pitch, and we hung up....called back and got VM....then found this info...and BLOCKED THE CALL
A man called claiming there was static on the line. He said would call back in 5 minutes. A minute later a woman called and asked to speak with the owner of the house and gave that address. I told we no longer owned the house and she sounded very surprised and confirmed I was a previous owner. The call was ended at that moment.
Called, didn't leave a message, but reading the above, it looks like they are scamming. The first call is to make sure a human answers, and it probably a machine.
