Caller identifies "herself" as "Diana with Chase." Requests callback from "Mark Johnson." I neither answer nor callback, as I do not know "Mark Johnson."
I have been auto-rejecting calls from 602-221-7701 for months, as CHASE NEVER CALLS me for ANYTHING.
I believe banks email, or send snail-mail, if they want to do business with customers.
