This is some recorded message that wants you to press 1 to add funds to some inmates account or enter a credit card number !! They call all day every day randomly. I do not know anyone who is an inmate anywhere except people I have taken to jail. Total scam and can always somehow get passed two call blocking services I use and can leave a message.
