I suggest anyone who has had calls like this to check with your mortgage lender and verify that you are current with your payments. Unfortunately our lender was B of A who sold our mortgage to another lender. Well, there was dicrepencies from the tome B of A was in charge of our mortgage and we were attempting yo correct these discrepencies with our current lender who in turn did in fact receive all the documentation they requested by my wife (God bless her soul)... but still never wete able to correct the problem! They ARE SELLING OUR HOME on August first of this year. We have been attempting to find a rental home to no avail. We have probably filled out almost two dozen applications at $35 to $40 per application and have been turned down by every one of them!!! Just another exampld of the little guys getting blatently robbed of their posessions that they have busted their [***] off for because some P.O.S. lender dropped the ball and couldn't perform their jobs in a above-standard manner. No wonder people become un-hinged and end up going postal! I'm F'ing DONE!
Have you contacted an attorney? If you have proof you've been paying your mortgage and are not in arrears, they should not be attempting to sell your house out from under you.
wanted to know if I wanted to sell my home, I said no. Then was asked if I planned on selling my home in 3 - 6 months, I said no, it is not for sale. The caller knew my name and address, so they are obviously buying or getting this info from somewhere
no clue who this was......it would be interesting if it was a lender......since we paid off our house in full to the cent last year. they left no message, but after they hung up on my cell phone they repeatedly called my husbands cell phone over and over even after he hung it up on them they called back!! He sleeps during the day and works at night so he was not very happy!!!
