Rang, picked up. Said hello twice, then got ... "ping' ... 'goodbye'   -click-

humm.... that's a new one.

Dead air. Not even heavy breathing.

Picked up, said hello, background noise sounded like call was coming from a car, then prerecorded female voice said "goodbye"

Ditto for me too.  Since it was a local number I answered.  Now I will just block it.
