Caller ID was "unknown name". I answered and after a small delay a woman said "hello". If the person were on the other end of the call waiting for it to be answered they would not respond with just a hello. This call seems to have been made by some sort of auto dialer and when there is a connection they then connect and say hello. Anyone using a auto dialer with a delayed response to my hello I will not speak with.
