my friend recently passed and I'm the executor for his estate. This realtor, and others, keep calling (I don't answer) and even mail letters to my house with offers on my friend's house. Low-life, bottom feeders
This agent has been calling my husband and I since 7 am this morning.. I call agents vultures now because as soon as listing gets taken off the market they swarm and try to pick it back up... LEAVE US ALONE!!

Thanks for posting this. I forgot my listing expired yesterday. That would explain the sudden calls I'm getting from unknown numbers. I googled this one and found it belonging to a realtor in Phoenix along with this post. I blocked the number so she won't be getting through to me again. (love the block feature on iPhone --- go to the info on the missed call, scroll down and at the bottom is an option to block the caller. easy peasy! She won't be calling me continually now!) I'm going to classify this one as telemarketing since she's clearly trying to market her services and get me to relist my home with her.
My listing expired and the next day at list 40 phone calls field my answering services machine and in my cell to for the next two month and until now,they want to listed and forget about it for someone else to sell it and they still collect the 3% without doing anything they don't look for your interest,today's day you don't need a realtor you can listed in so many website for free and the tittle company does it all for the seller and buyers and save 6% commission or reduce from seling price.I sold my 3 homes on my own and i don't have to deal with realtors which it's totally unnecessary.
Yes, this is a realtor looking to snag an expired listing. Mine just expired so I suppose I'll get a lot of these calls. One by one I'll just block them. It's actually funny - our lot was listed for a year and these guys never brought in an offer during that time, what's to make me think they can suddenly do a good job now?
My father passed away in AZ recently, and i am the executor of his estate including his home. This is the 4th time this person has called me, and tbey don't leave messages. I am thankful for websites like this. I don't know anyone in Phx, so when i see the area code(s) on my phone my heart sinks, im really missing my dad. Wouldn't you think that if the home was no longer listed, it is SOLD? Maybe they should find that information out before bugging a person who no longer owns the home. It is a wastebof their time, and mine.
