Got call from this number from Phoenix AZ leaving an automated message for my mother reminding her of a Dr's appointment here in South Texas. Must be a service provided to her Dr's office.
I doubt it. I got the same call as a reminder for an appointment. It does happen that people misread/type phone numbers, which may be the case for you.
