Who called from 6024831097

Asking for 299 dollars to set up a website for you and when I refused I was insulted

an older male person called as an Amazon special advisor to make lots of money. He said amazon has over 9 Billion users and I can make thousands of dollars  every week by having my own website. Amazon doing me a favor to let me have my own website just for &399 one time charge.
He called me disrespectful when i wanted to ask a question.. He exacerbated thru out the conversation and because I did not pay right away he hang up on me.

I keep getting calls from this number, but I don't answer.
