they called and told me i had to press numbers on my dial pad, cause they told me that i could lower my credit card interest rate, but didn't specify which bank, so i hung up

Did not answer since I didn't recognize the number. No message left.

answered the call which i regret doing after reading these responses. Just dead air no replies

Called my cell also... No msg...... chose option 1 for do not call list.
Hung up...
