this number has been hyjackeed by the hilton hotel scam. thought the feds had put them out of business, but apparently they are now using az based numbers to bounce off of instead of florida ones. blocking them does no good as they rarely call from the same number twice anyway. you need to report these hilton (the real hilton corp. has no idea...and has nothing to do with these scammers) scammers to the fcc for do not call violations...if they get enough calls, or calls from important people, they might investigate.
