Of course. Even though you blocked the first number, they used a different number to call you back again with. Since you answered the phone, they know they have a live body on the other end and most likely will call you again.
Called my landline on July 12th 2017 at 3:00 PM and CID displayed Phoenix AZ 602-553-3696 and since I don't know anybody who resides in Phoenix AZ or any other part of AZ, I let my answering machine take the call and as usual, no VM was left and since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. I won't call the number back to find out why they called either. That's what the answering machine is for. Just another scam in progress.
