Scam, lower my APS bill, ha, anyone with a clue knows APS  will only hoke your bill as Arizona corporate commission is against it, so, blocked, was Solar City daily, not in the mood for this.

Claiming its a state and federal funded program trying to lower APS utility bills. Also called from 602.516.1361. They couldn't tell me where they got my number from. I advised them this was a cell phone on a national do not call list. Mentioned the FTC and they didn't even know what FTC was.

Asked for me by name.  I stated they had the wrong number.  They then asked if I am the current homeowner. I lied and said I rent. I could hear her typing that into their scam database so hopefully that will be the end of it. ALWAYS tell callers like this you rent so they will remove you from their list.
