Some rude woman named "roney" asking for me and hung up before i could speak

caller did not lv msg.

Called twice on mobile number. Left no message. Obviously, a solicitor of some sort.

Answered on the second ring and kept saying hello, but no one would speak so I hung up.

Caller not recognized. I did not answer. They left no message. Looked up number and this is a scam call her DO NOT ANSWRR this number!
