The person called my mother and my phone at the same time asking for my brother, stating that he has a complaint against him and they would only make 2 attempts to reach him before sending it to court. I asked the female caller for the complaint number and she kept talking fast and then hung up after I told her she was a scammer.
Called my land line, I didn't pick up (only rang 3 times then disconnected).
MrNumber.com comments say: "caller says they need to serve legal papers".
I say BS! BLOCKED.
Caller asking for personal information stating they need to send legal papers to be served and they are working on behalf of another company which they have no information on and don't know who they are. Anyone receiving calls like this they are in the wrong don't give them any information tell them they have the wrong number and you want to be taken off whatever list they have. If you are to be served legal forms for court purposes, like this caller states they are doing, you will be served one of three ways: 1 from a sheriff or police officer, 2. by a process server which is chosen on behalf of the sheriff or police department or 3 if its not detrimental they will send it by certified mail and they will need a signature upon retrieval. I contacted the sheriffs department and they said you will NEVER be called before forms being sent. They wouldn't want to tip you off...
Caller said has to Contact another person. They are 3rd party. This other person tried to kill me and mother. I take this as a death threat.
SEE THIS # HANG UP OR QUESTION THEM TILL THEY HANG UP - THAT IS WHAT THEY DID BECAUSE I KEPT ASKING WHO , WHAT , WHEN, WHY HOW!
This number has been calling me for two weeks, last week I kept ignoring the call, this week I answered, first on Monday, the lady said "oh I can't hear you, are you there?" I said what? she said " I have a bad connection, I will call back." On Wednesday, someone from that number did the same thing. Then today 4/14/2017 they called back, they new my name, said there was a complaint filed against me and that ppl at another business need to speak with me before they go ahead with the complaint! I just said oh ok and hung up! I should have harassed her!
