Who called from 6027838407

This is a political survey robo call endorsing local Arizona candidates. We will be bothered by them until election time.

This caller seems like a 'prank' caller.  I answer and they say nothing.  If you listen, you can hear background noise; tv or a small child.  If you try calling the number back you get a message saying "the number you have dialed is not in service".  This is also happening with #602 783-8408.

I told the creature who called me i was not interested and she threaten me( said you will pay for this) and then hung up on me

No message, very bothersome calls at all times of day.  They need to stop.
