"Maribel" from some realty/investing company stating their "company" is interested in "buying one of [my] properties in the Phoenix area" -- call was unsolicited, we only own one property, and we're not looking to sell.
Same as the prior note - unsolicited, have gotten a call from this group before and told them to stop calling....has been a few months, but same type of call again, wanting to buy my property
