CID says Berlin NH, google says Portsmouth NH.  couldn't be more disparate than that.  Obvious spoof, obvious scam
called 1-5-17 @ 1843 hours EST did not answer no VM

Called 1/12/17 @ 13:01 EST. Didn't answer - No VM

Caller ID shows Berlin, NH.  My call blocker stopped call, didn't go through.

donot answer any unfamiliar numbers ever.called on a sunday afternoon. another tipoff.looked up another check which labelled yhis number as a terror call.

Caller ID indicates Berlin, NH.  4:49 PM 4/2/17. Did not pick up. No VM
