This is a scam/telemarketing call that starts off with a chipper female voice saying, "HI! This is Jennifer, I've been trying to reach you about a medical alert bracelet!"  This same number has called about:
- Auto warranties
- Timeshares
- Credit card offers

In short: An equal-opportunity scammer!   Hang up, block the number, and get on with your life.
