Received a call from 603-263-8671 at 0630 Alaska time. The caller went on to say he was calling with info that I had requested and that the phone cal was being recorded for accuracy. I stated that he did NOT have my permission to record the conversation. The caller stated that the decision to record was made above him to which I responded that federal law forbid the unauthorized recording of any conversation. He then asked if he could e-mail info and I replied no and said good bye. Within the next 1-1/2 hours I received calls from 7 different universities on the east coast saying they were responding to my phone request for info.
Southern New Hampshire University. They have called between two numbers (the above & (603) 637-9015) 6 times in 4 hours.
I called them and told them to take me off of their call list, person on the other end said ok we'll do that and hung up. didn't ask for a name or phone number.....
