Several missed calls; person calls almost every day.

Hi, I've been receiving calls from the same number almost everyday. I ended up calling the number and found out that it's from the NH dept. of health & human services survey dept. If you call the number you can request to be removed from their calling list without giving your name or address (phone number only). Hope this helps!

We were notified by letter that we were selected for a survey and a call would be coming from this number for a 20-minute phone survey conducted by Macro International, a health research company.  The letter was signed by Susan Knight, MSPH, Coordinator, NH Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Systen, Bureau of Desease Control and Health Statistics, DHHS, 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH  03301 (603) 271-4671 or 1-800-852-3345, x4671, email [email protected]    I don't think the state should be harrassing people with phonecalls.  Send out the survey if they want "Us" to participate.

they called my cell phone

they wouldn't tell me how they got my cell phone number

and the questions they asked had nothing to do with health and research
they asked me what percentage of the time I received calls on the land line vs cell phone

I cannot believe that this agency would be calling a cell phone number...What privacy we have today!!!
