Call from Delta Management Associates.  Googled; appears to be a collection agency based in Chelsea, MA.  They claimed my number was associated with a name and account they were trying to locate.  They asked if my number was new to me.  No, in fact very old.  They gave me the name of the person in question; they apparently lived in an apartment I lived in previous to them.  This tells me the company simply googled the address given and found my name from over 10 years ago.  Not very professional.  Let's see if they continue to call assuming I'm lying.  I had never even heard of the person they seek until today.
