Sounded like a college aged male. Asked me if I wanted to take a short poll on my satisfaction with President Trump. Before he could start I asked him what was the organization behind the poll. It was some kind of PAC with Clinton's name on it - I couldn't hang up fast enough.
Live person called from this number, not an automated robocall. A lady with a southern accent said she was calling from "the warranty depart---". I interrupted her before she finished saying "department" and I said "I don't think so." She said "wha---?" and I calmly said "I don't think so" again before she could say anything else. She got mad and yelled "well, I know so!" and then ended the call. Staying calm and completely derailing them before they get started with their pitch seems to work.
