It is not a scam they are trying to get you to go and listen to a timeshare presentation. We actually went to one at the Pollard Brooke in Lincoln owned by Inn Seasons Resorts. It is not a scam but this company is very annoying. I called this number for help with a print out that we had to bring with us and a girl named Kassie answered the phone. She gave us instructions to print our letter and we were all set. She called mine and my husbands cell phone six the same day to confirm the appointment that was already confirmed. We almost decided not to go because she was so irritating. I did not understand why they were calling to confirm an appointment that was already confirmed and thought something was wrong. The sales person was ok. They told us it would be two hours it ended up being more like three and he came out with a huge binder of materials to go over. They gave us four airline tickets and a restaurant dining card.
It is definitely timeshare related but so what its a free country. Some timeshares are legit, some not, just like any businesses. What is scummy about this company is they purchase entry forms/leads from a huge scam artist who evidently copies all your information and sells the information multiple times. His name is MIKE LILLIBRIDGE and his company is MMJ PROMOTIONS. This scammer is located in Maine, although he operates booths at events/fairs etc....here in the New Jersey/PA area. This bum scam artist also has a horrible reputation throughout the timeshare world. Owes thousands of dollars in pay EACH to about a dozen people who worked his booths here in New Jersey. It is well known he also has screwed people all over New England by owing alot of money. He DOES get paid himself, yet screws those stupid enough to work for him. What a low life piece of garbage. His boss JOHN SWAIN of JCS ENTERPRISES Laconia NH is AWARE of all this stuff yet doesn't do anything, which speaks to the character of him. So to the public beware of dealing with this company. Also when you are at a fair, street festival, home show, any show here in New Jersey BE CAREFUL what giveaways you enter.
This company does not scam. It's a marketing company for timeshare resorts in New England. They offer qualified people to attend promotions at various resorts and for their time they receive free gifts (not winnings). Most of these companies are required to use scripts and stick to them so all the information is covered in detail. I know this because the last person I booked and appointment with told me they must use scripts and they email you everything in writing. Many people are too dumb to listen and that's who most of these negative comments come from. I do these things often and I like them and most of all the gifts are great. I went to St. Thomas with 3 friends last year and we all got free air fare. Works for me.
You don't know what your talking about, My family and I (husband and 2 kids) went to Disney World last year and we all got free air fare from a promotion we attended at Pollard Brooke Resort in Lincoln NH through JCS. The travel agent was excellent. We had direct flights from Boston and after Disney World we visited my parents in Fort Meyers for a week and they flew us home free from there as well. What's wrong with that??? NOTHING
