This is likely a SCAM CALL. Calls from this number have been reported since 2013. Caller ID says: 603-414-1920 which is Manchester, New Hampshire but with SPOOFING software, this call could be coming from anywhere. Depending on who is being contacted, caller claims to be representing: Breast Cancer Society,Power and Light company, Debt Collector, Credit Cards and Free Home Security System (scaring people by saying that the FBI reports frequency of home break ins) . Don't answer the phone. Don't call back.
Well it has been about 4 weeks without a robocall for a free home security system if they can place a small sign in my yard. I quess these calls are going to start up again.
SCAM! These people call from various phone numbers, ALL scams. All the numbers claim to be from different companys one of them being "The Breast Cancer Society". Once these scammers get your phone number, and you let them know, that you are aware of them being scammers, they WILL Blow up your phone on a DAILY basis with multiple calls a day. I have screamed at these people, and left voice mails to these multiple scam phone numbers screaming at these people to NOT call me any more. I even registered with the National do not call registry, which is as effective as throwing a Fly at a Lion ready to Attack. How do i know these numbers are scams? Because i've looked them all up individually online to find that many others have complained about them. These people have even called me pretending to be from the Power and light company, and began asking very personal questions that you NEVER give anyone over the phone, nore even in person. They call me on a Daily basis because they're pissed off at me having cursed them out and screamed at them letting them know that i'm not stupid, and i know who they are and what they're up to. Everytime i get a phone call from an un familiar number, i just let it ring and look up the number online to see who it is, and where it's coming from. If its a scammer, i change the number on the caller ID to "SCAM". That way next time they call i know not to bother to pick up. Don't know how the got the number, i can only assume from my parents who are in their golden years and not familiar with phone scams. My folks constantly fill out those "YOU CAN WIN 1,000,000,000 DOLLARS! Scam questionnaires people recieve from the mail. I'm assuming thats how our phone number is given to the scammers. Please be aware of who you're giving your personale info to. PS. The Do not call registry/FCC is CRAP. Don't waste your time filling out the online form.
