Answered call - No response - hung up

Received a call from, at my office, caller id listed it as V112100413000428 a Number that Google has no results for.  No one there, hung up.

Calls every day. Rings two lines at once to try and get through call block.

when called back got a typical spammer's recording "your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check....."
