so tired of these calls.  report but nothing is ever done

Kept getting calls from this number.  Finally had one of my 5 year-old daughters answer and basically talk gibberish, then I grabbed the phone, and heard the woman say (in choppy English), "Oh my God, what is this?".  I told them that I love and look forward to their phone calls, laughed, hung up, and they have yet to call since.

But they were calling daily beforehand - should be (and I think that it might be) criminal.  Dreadful people.

They've called several times and act like they can't here me and act like they are talking to a co worker. Call back number just rings

Calls constantly, answered today. After three hellos, someone spoke but I couldn't understand them and there was a canned echo, like feedback.
