Left a message regarding some sort of addiction recovery program.  V/m kicked in half way through the message.

We have begun to receive a number of these calls.  They hang up, but when we call the number back the message simply says "press 6 to be put on the 'do not call' list".  I would hope these types of calls can be stopped by some kind of penalty.
