Starting round #2 now, I guess. Too bad they are classified as non-profit (even thought they keep a massive percentage of what they raise, while giving the actual non-profit very little), because that exempts them from "Do Not Call" compliance.
I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't recognize (no exceptions). I know they have called me before because they came up today under "F***ING ILLEGAL CALLS" -- that is the contact I use for scammers. My default ringtone is SILENT so I never hear calls except those from family and friends, so the scammers will NEVER actually reach me. Still annoying as h*** that we can't do anything about it, though.
