Called didn't answer...Called back and it said this number is not in service..

This number called but hung up when I answered. I called back and it said "this number not in service"; probably scam! Don't answer, waste of your time!!

Got a call from this number and no one was there to call twice.

Why do jerks like these call and waste our time. What ever happened to the no call list ?  There should be laws in place for calls like this?  SCAM!!!!!!.
