What or who is it?

This number has been calling me when I'm at school so my phone rings in my locker in trouble.

I keep getting this phone number many times a day, there never seems to be any one on the other end when you say hello. Some times they will call as many as 10 times a day and any time of the day, also. I have called them back and all i have found out is and all they say ( i don't no who you are) and hang up!

Unknown caller was blocked by Mr. Number so I assume it's a telemarketer. They didn't leave a message and never do.
