Called cell. I didn't answer.  Left no message

Scam call: Ask for "Heidi" pretending to be a wrong number. "oh well, maybe you can help me then. I represent ___ and I'm looking for donations". First call was cancer research. 2nd was police fundraiser. Scam all around. They try to claim they're not violating the 'do not call' list because it's just a wrong number.

Calls for "Tim" and then launches into donation request.  Don't think its a live person.
