Forgot to say that I did call the number (after blocking outgoing caller ID) and the number is apparently currently unassigned, i.e. spoofed. Another indication that's it's somebody that deserves to be disposed of rather quickly.
Second call from this number today, 02/24. First call was yesterday, Sunday. Disconnected both of them without answering as the caller ID name read only "PIERRE SD" and that sort of ID is usually an indication that the call is not worth bothering to answer.
