I admit I am behind on my payments. It was not intentional, I merely had a lot of bad luck- medical issues and then I got laid off of work. I simply could not afford to make the minimum payment. They called and I explained the situation and was told that if I made a payment, even smaller than the minimum, that it would be okay until the following month. Two days later the collection calls started again, and they would not take no for an answer, even after explaining again and that I had just paid them. They called me 7 times today, and if I do not answer the phone, they let the answering machine pick up and then hang up, so that a dial tone is recorded. Then they immediately call back again. I have had it with this company. I am thinking of talking to a lawyer about suing them for harrassment. They are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by continually causing the phone to ring in an attempt to harrass. The more they call, the further down on the list they go to get paid. They are very unfeeling jerks.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JERKS.
