They said that they were working for Centurylink and another phone company and that they wanted to lower my phone bill due to the fact that people are canceling their land lines. They asked for authorization to do so. They said that we would now be paying our phone bill to them. I said I wanted to call Century link to make sure it was not a scam and they said that only Corporate would know about it. I called Centurylink and they knew nothing about it. Although I could not get a manager on the phone. They said they were NTT
