I keep getting calls from this number. They trip the answering machine, goes about 10-seconds, then they hang up...I would think it was an auto-dialer, but at 2:00AM in the morning? That's illegal, even if you ARE calling from india. Totally ridiculous that they can't at least leave a business number...and if it's personal, then it is creepy, as they have called a dozen times over the past 2-months...I seldom catch my phone anyhow, so leave a message or be ignored...well, they don't 'do ignored' very well, it seems...but I don't have any bills that anyone should be calling me on...weird.
