Called my mother-in-law, and my kids askig for me regarding some"complaint" stated they were dc& associates also they've called themselves check systems, not chexsystem, they were also ballsy enough to claim to be investigators ready to send a case to the Oakland County Prosecutors office unfortunately I don't live in Oakland County.They become very upset when you know the difference between civil and criminal actions and tell them to go ahead. They tend to call at least three to four times a day both at my house and my cell depending on the time of the month usually every twenty eight days, go figure. although I usually let it go to voice mail the frequency of calls is becoming annoying. Is it wrong to start asking them the same questions they ask you? I'm having fun with them right now but eventually I'm going to want them to stop what would be the appropriate steps to curtail their calls at least to my in-laws and kids.
I do believe that Drake. Clark & Associates is a huge fraud! If you go to whitepages.com and do a reverse address look up the address comes back to a totally different company! If you search it by the # 866-504-4404, it says it is not a valid phone number. The bad part is that we have already paid over $500 to whoever these crazy people are! I would like to know if there is a way to get our money back??????? or are all of us just screwed????
