It's very likely a scam disguised as a remodeling offer rather than merely an illegal telemarketing sales call.   One reason I say this is that I've been receiving almost daily calls from this 605-301-3198 number beginning the day after I stopped receiving, (apparently stopped, not sure), 1 - 3 calls per day pushing a medical alert device monitoring service -- so I am assuming they switched from medical alert device scams to remodeling scams.    Of course, they could be scamming you with remodeling and me with medical alert devices -- I haven't answered any of the 301-3198 calls so I don't know what the "offer" is.   Another reason it is a scam is that 605-301-3198 is not a working/connected number -- what you see on the caller ID is only what the scammer wants you to see.
