This number calls me constantly and will never leave a message or identify themselves.

I get calls from this number too.  It's a call center.  I filled out an entry form to win a truck at the mall.  What I didn't know was that by filling out the entry form I gave them permission to call me about a time share.

I get calls late at night from this number and they never leave a message.I never pick up the phone for unknown numbers so I don't know who they are.
