The phone reports "SO DAKOTA ST OF",  and phone number "605-394-6642".  When dialed, the message says ( after 2 rings ) "Enter the desired 4 digit message box number".

Would like to know who this is,  and what they are calling for.  With the name "SOUTH DAKOTA ST OF", it sounds like it might official.  Would like to get clarification.

Did you ever find out who/what it was about...I just got a call from the same. We just moved here recently and I have an out of state phone number....
