this company has many numbers from all various states in the country ,, has no debt but knows not to answer these people or any these scammers

Constant calls from them saying I owe Georgia Dept. of Revenue back taxes since or from 2009.  Why haven't  I heard from GDR since then if I owe money to them,  I've paid all my taxes and owe nothing they are nothing but scammers.  Lets find these people and prosecute them.

That's a good question. I did some research and found out that the Georgia Department of Revenue does use IC Systems to collect back taxes:
