605-575-8713 a Aaron Bates,Collections dept, said he was calling from Wells Fargo P.O.Box 5119, Sioux Falls, SD 57117- about a school loan, and he wanted to resolve it. He claimed I had paid a interest payment on a school loan with them in Nov 2009. I informed him I had not, this debt had expired. I told him to not call ever again, if he wanted to write....He said I would have to put it in writing. I hung up on him. If he does send a letter from Wells Fargo, I will be able to sue, because this is expired debt and trying to collect expired debt...is something I can sue and get $ for...hope he makes my day!!! Also, I did already send a letter to Wells Fargo a number of years ago not to call and that this was an expired debt...so I get to sue anyway!!!! I had already filed complaints with State Attorney Generals....and the banking regularitory agency...sorry cant remember their name right now.....
