I get calls constantly from this number saying my son owes money. I keep asking for proof and documentation, but that is never provided. I have told this jerk to stop calling me at least 20 times. I guess there is no way to make these people leave me alone.
i got a call from this number today over and over saying I owe money to a commerce bank I never had a bank account with commerce any one else got a call from them

Basically, this company calls MY house looking for a relative. They are a collection agency. They have called daily for 2 weeks straight looking for a family member from another state. It's not my job or responsibility to help them collect on a debt (legitimate or otherwise). They leave these LONG and Serious Sounding messages as if the person they are looking for does not respond, their will be be serious legal consequences.
Basically, they are a collection agency that is trying to collect on OLD debt (that perhaps is uncollectible (for many reasons). I actually was home the last time they called, they gave me information on the debt cause since the person they were looking for is male and I answered the phone, they did not listen or car I wasn't the person they were looking for. All they wanted was payment and told me "if I don't resolve it NOW, they were going to garnish wages, put a lien on my home, car, etc. You name it.
