Just rec'd a ROBO call from this number. Answering machine caught the end of the recording: " ... if you have completed the process or you do not wish to receive future calls, press 3. Otherwise, press 1 to be connected to an agent to complete the qualification process ... " Call ends with the same "good bye" that ended the hundreds of calls I used to receive from "Card Services".
