Received a call from this number, the phone said it was from Sioux Falls, SD, no area code, just the 731-8717. The person spoke very broken English, and said his name was James Peterson. He was calling from Publishers Clearing House and they were waiting in town for us to give them 1% of our winnings up front. "We would be reimbursed for it, though". The caller hung up when I said "sounding like a scam".
