I am on the do not call register and will file a formal complaint as a violation of the do not call register! After saying "hello" the caller hung up the phone. Obviously just another on-going scam or spam from the morons who make such calls!

Looking for somebody that will answer the phone, preferably with a live voice. They'll get that and often end the call as that's sometimes enough. If there's no kind of answer from your end, the caller gets nothing.
